Our Philosophy

Christopher Wilson, president and principal of Alternate Designs and ADI East, Inc. founded both with the vision to provide high level craftsmanship while also providing a hands-on approach to every aspect of each project. When ADI takes on a project whether it be a simple residential renovation or large scale commercial project, the same level of detail and commitment goes into each endeavor. Providing this level of commitment to each project has enabled us to maintain relationships with our clients for years after their first completed project.

ADI prides itself on being stringent advocates for our clients; we provide our services throughout all phases of construction, from pre-construction through the permitting process, value engineering all the way through construction and post construction. Our team of highly motivated project managers are involved in all phases of the project.  We offer the same level of responsiveness from these beginning stages all the way through the construction and post-construction phases.  This personalized level of attention has enabled us to maintain long-term relationships with our clients for years after their first completed project.
